First Birthday Celebrations

On January 24th we had Dahlia's first birthday party. She had a BLAST! Almost all her friends were there: Cecile, Riley, Xander, Sophia, Kaela, Tula, almost all their parents, Shelly and Trent, plus her Tios, Grandparents and Abuelitos. Dahlia proved to be a very outgoing hostess--she really knows how to circulate in a crowd and mingle with guests--and ended the evening with a dance atop one of the boxes her gifts came in. For her first real sugar experience, Daddy made her carrot cake cupcakes. They were very tasty but Dahlia hated them.
