Early literacy is so precious and exciting. Dahlia is loving kindergarten. Her teacher, Mr. Hotter makes going to school fun and she gets out of bed every morning excited and eager to get to school. I don't think Mr. Hotter gives too much rigorous instruction in writing but whatever he is doing is giving Dahlia confidence and motivation to come home and experiment with her skills. She sits and draws, colors, and writes more than she does anything else at home these days. Milo loves to sit and "do homework" with her, too. Anytime she is working he thinks they are doing "homework."
I absolutely love it.
