Big Girl Bed

Dahlia is really becoming a big girl these days. And to keep up with her, thanks to all the 4 grandparents, she got a big girl bed. She's been anticipating this milestone for awhile and it turned out to be all it was cracked up to be. She loves her big girl bed! So far, the transition has been pretty smooth. The super exciting part about the transition (besides the mermaid sheets, owl quilt, and bouncy mattress) is that Dahlia is waking up in the middle of the night, getting out of bed and telling us she has to go peepee in the potty. Up until now, the overnight potty training had been unchartered territory. So she did this all on her own. We had no idea the big girl bed was going to help us get rid of diapers for good! It's almost too much growing up at once for us to handle but it's so much fun!!!
